About Me
Kwami Lee is a photographer and creative director working between New York, Miami, and Los Angeles. Inspired by his early upbringing, color, and emotion, his work highlights the beauty of everyday life and the intimacy between the subject and viewer while remaining polished and compelling.
His inaugural solo exhibition, A Time In Space Vol. 1, was presented at Space Gallery Soho in 2021. Photographed throughout 2020, the exhibition explores the interplay between fashion imagery and documentary photography, weaving themes of grief, rebirth, newfound identity, and the complexities of human experience.
